ABSOLUTELY  NO REFUNDS ON ANY ARTWORK

Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

 

Thank you for shopping with Originals by Amy. We strive to ensure that every artwork arrives in excellent condition and meets your expectations. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Original Artwork

 

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final unless:

 

The artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

You receive the wrong artwork.

The artwork has a significant defect not described in the product listing.

 

2. Prints and Reproductions

 

Prints may be eligible for a replacement or refund if they are:

 

Damaged during delivery.

Defective due to a manufacturing error.

Incorrectly shipped.

Minor variations in color caused by monitor or device settings are not considered defects.

 

3. Digital Artwork

 

All sales of digital artwork, downloadable files, and digital products are final.

 

Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds cannot be provided after the files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

 

4. Custom or Commissioned Artwork

 

Custom-made and commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has begun.

 

If a project is cancelled before production starts, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, less any non-refundable deposit or work already completed.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Please include the following information:

 

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

6. Return Process

 

If a return is approved:

 

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

7. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

8. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

 

Digital downloads.

Gift cards.

Personalized or custom artwork.

Artwork damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Items returned without prior approval (where applicable).

9. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped or before production begins.

 

Once an order has been shipped or production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
