Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in our artwork. We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Original artwork, commissioned pieces, or custom-framed works may require additional preparation time. If extended processing is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination, package size, and service availability.
A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided, when available, once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated for Originals only. Shipping within the US is included for all canvas prints.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Shipping
Delivery times for domestic orders generally range from 2–10 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method and destination.
International Shipping
International shipping is NOT available or offered.
Packaging
Artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials appropriate for the size and medium of each piece. Larger or more delicate works may be professionally packed to provide additional protection during transit.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery - no exceptions.
To assist with the claims process, please include:
Your order number.
Photographs of the damaged artwork.
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials.
A description of the damage.
Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it for inspection.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help locate your shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive instructions after their order is ready. Valid identification may be required at the time of pickup.
